Nope, not here.

City of Whitehorse

The City of Whitehorse needed to develop some marketing for on their busses, as well as on social media, emphasizing that passengers need to be mindful and respectful of other passengers and the driver.

With passengers representing a broad range of the population in terms of age, we felt that doing a fun, storybook approach would be worthwhile. Paired with a tongue-in-cheek “Nope, not here” campaign message, it makes for an eye-catching reminder.

The campaign was delivered for use on social media and installations for use on busses.

I really love these guys. We're looking at three mid-century-style illustrations for the campaign, which I'll name in the caption that follows. The first is of a porcupine making a fuss as a bus driver gives them angry side-eye. The second shows a bus driving along with a moose listening to music too loud, much to the frustration of the other passengers. The third is of a beaver, wearing a tuque and scarf, being a pest and getting up in the face of a very intimidated looking human.

Our three stars: the petulant porcupine, the mindless moose, and the bombastic beaver.

Three social media posts with the illustrations previously discussed, though this time with 'Nope, not here' in stylized text and the City of Whitehorse logo.
