The Gwaandak Theatre, whose name means “storyteller” or “telling a story” in Gwich’in, partnered with the Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation government to create a series of radio plays—recorded both in Gwich’in and English—and script booklets as part of an effort to revitalize the Gwitch’in language.

We were honoured to play a small part in this landmark project through the development of the website, created to showcase the recordings and the scripts.

The script booklet layout (and the artwork, based on an image, of the antlers) was done by Patricia Halliday.
